Jordan Ralph is a designer who graduated from the National College of Art and Design in Dublin and the Aarhus School of Architecture in Denmark. After his studies, he worked in Copenhagen with AiAiAi and KiBiSi / BIG Architects, where he developed his distinctive style and interest in innovative, sustainable design.
His work has received wide recognition – participation in the Global Irish Design Challenge, speaking engagements at the Offset conference, and an IDI Award for Sustainable Design. In 2017, The Irish Times named him among the “50 People to Watch,” while Totally Dublin highlighted him as one of the “Nineteen for ’19.”
In 2014, Ralph founded his studio in Dublin, with the mission of creating authentic and innovative experiences and spaces. His approach is to develop entirely original concepts, brought to life through a signature futuristic–minimalist aesthetic that has become the hallmark of JRD.
The studio’s work spans a broad range of fields – from concept stores and exhibitions to residential and commercial spaces, from micro-architectural projects to complete interior solutions. In collaboration with brands, Jordan Ralph explores how materials and design transform ideas into memorable, multi-sensory experiences within three-dimensional environments. The reimagining of objects and materials to create unique spatial identities and innovative dialogues is a defining feature of the studio, alongside the development of new products, installations, and concepts.
Jordan Ralph is a guest speaker at the International Melba Symposium thanks to the partnership with the Embassy of Ireland in Bulgaria.
