Anni Seligmann

Anni Seligmann is a graphic designer and creative director at Studio Mut – one of the most recognisable names in Italian communication design. The studio’s practice spans visual identities, book and print design, exhibitions and digital platforms for museums, cultural institutions and international brands, while its distinctive visual language combines bold compositions with precisely developed concepts.

After studying Communication Design in Germany, Seligmann moved to New York, where she worked for OMA, Lincoln Center Theater and Brooklyn Public Library. She joined Studio Mut in 2019 and has since contributed to projects for Museion, Fondazione Antonio Dalle Nogare, Inn Situ, Louis Vuitton and many others.

Seligmann is interested in the ways typography, imagery and the materiality of print shape a visual narrative. Her approach is grounded in close observation, curiosity and a willingness to question obvious solutions – qualities that have also defined Studio Mut’s work in recent years.

*Anni Seligmann’s participation is supported by the Italian Cultural Institute in Sofia.
