For Zahari, it is important to revisit the chushkopek—to preserve its traditions while adapting it to the changes in people’s everyday lives today. At the core of his brand Razgar is a product reminiscent of the chushkopek: compact, well-insulated, and designed to bring family and friends together around its warmth. Zahari builds upon the concept by creating a device for roasting various vegetables using wood, charcoal, or briquettes—the zelenchukopek. It retains the essential idea of the chushkopek: a combustion chamber isolated from the roasting area, allowing even heat distribution and quick preparation thanks to high temperatures.
